Recruitment Process:

1. Source: A recruiter sources candidates from various sources; the search starts from our proprietary database. Using advanced sourcing methods like social media, professional networking media, internal, and 3rd party job boards, we identify qualified candidates.
2. Validate: A recruiter validates the candidates' experience and skill sets against our client's position.

4. Submit: The recruiter will submit to the technical team qualified candidates who have passed the initial screening.
5. Technical Screening: The technical team then prepares a matrix of the particular requirements and required experience for the position and using a list of questions and the results, re-validates the candidates' technical skills.
6. Background Check: Administrative personnel will provide a detailed background check, as required, per client agreement.

Job Description

Position Details:

Job Title: Curam Developer

Location: Durham, NC

Duration: 12 months (possible FT conversion)

Description:

Client requires the services of two Curam Developers to assist with client Project development.

The client seeks a contract Curam Developer to assist with the development and implementation of client using Cúram Software. This resource will have significant delivery responsibilities and will act as the point of contact on site for development-related questions and issues that arise which cannot be addressed by a technical consultant. They will work closely with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development issues, and may act in the role of senior technical developer.

Duties include but are not limited to: leading functional and detailed requirement development, code development, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, functional and detailed design, and life cycle management for the implementation of NC FAST. Areas of focus will include business and workflow process modeling, and business reengineering using Cúram. These activities will involve the use of COTS Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT), Oracle, use of XML technology in Cúram, Cúram Evidence Framework, Subversion, and WebSphere. Responsibilities also include reporting statuses to the NC FAST Project Manager, and adhering to DHHS policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Skills: Curam V6 Certified Developer Social Enterprise Management experience. Experience as a Curam Developer with experience in the full life cycle of requirements through functional design and testing. Experience in development with both the Curam Enterprise Framework and Curam Solution Modules. Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues. Experience with translating and communicating highly technical concepts to both technical technical personnel and non-it business users. Experience with creating and writing technical documents using MS Office products, Visio, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to develop relationships/partnership with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency. Ability to organize, priortize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures. Experience using the Curam Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), and Curam Express Rules for Triage (CERT). Experience using Oracle and Subversion. Technical knowledge in the following specialized areas of web application system analysis and programming: Java, J2EE, XML and XSL. Technical knowledge and experience in Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and Web Services standards (SOAP and WSDL). Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools. Experience with JavaScript and IBM Websphere. Experience with government IT functions.
