Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join their team. As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting innovative technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables.
• Review and analyze software engineering challenges, providing in-depth evaluations of variable factors.
• Contribute to resolving complex issues while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with client personnel to meet project goals and deliverables.
• Support large-scale planning related to software engineering projects and initiatives.

What's Needed?

• At least 4+ years of software engineering experience, including work, consulting, or education.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization (Kubernetes), databases, SQL, and REST API development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
