We're growing extremely quickly, added $1M ARR in 30 days, and are onboarding customers faster than we can manage-we are now looking for an Account Manager to help define and scale Virio's customer success motion.
What You'll DoOwn a portfolio of high-value SaaS customers with ACVs ranging from $30K to $300K and above
Build trusted, executive-level relationships with founders, CMOs, CROs, and GTM leaders
Lead onboarding, adoption, and ongoing strategic engagement to drive clear customer value
Translate customer business goals into ever-evolving GTM strategy and LinkedIn content strategy to maximize customer revenue
Interview executives and extract insights to shape positioning, messaging, and narratives
Use Virio's AI-powered systems to generate high-quality LinkedIn content at scale
Add final human-layer taste and polish to ensure content quality, voice, and performance
Ensure customers see consistent progress, outcomes, and ROI through LinkedIn channel and GTM as a whole through partnership with Virio
Ensure best in class GRR and NRR via renewals and expansions
Important: Find creative solutions to drive revenue for your clients businesses and make Virio indispensable - assist with outbound LinkedIn messages to ICPs who engage, find conferences/podcasts/webinars for the founder/Face of Content to speak at, coordinate successful launches, etc. like a valuable GTM partner/consultant.
