As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be a part of delivering an amazing customer experience and help unveil the mystery of finding and enrolling in health insurance.

Vimo builds and operates award-winning cloud-based enrollment tools that serve state-based exchanges, brokers, insurers, and consumers. In addition to eligibility determination, plan selection, and enrollment technology for state agencies, the company delivers innovative agent marketing and call center tools and services.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Complete Background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimumย Internet Speed of 100ย mb/s with ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internetย with a hard-wired ethernet connection isย required
  • NOTย compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites.
  • NOTย compatible withย Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders
    (For example, T-Mobile is not compatible with our internal systems)

Essential Responsibilities ย ย 

Inbound/Outbound Callsย 

Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistentlyย 

Manage customer accounts and provide technical supportย 

Application Data Entryย 

Online chat inquiries as assignedย 

Interpret and follow defined procedures and policiesย 

Creative problem-solving skillsย 

Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates ย 

Time and task management (multitasking and task prioritization)ย 

Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams ย 

Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channelsย 

Qualifications ย 

Moderate to Advanced computer skills ย 

High level of comfort learning new technologyย 

High level of professionalismย 

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsย 

Comfortable working from homeย 

Self-motivated and success-drivenย
