Job description

Verisk's Experiential Marketing team creates the moments that bring our brand, people, clients, and industry communities together. From high-impact tradeshows and flagship conferences to executive engagements, employee experiences, and innovative event activations, this team designs and delivers experiences that strengthen relationships, elevate the Verisk brand, and support meaningful business outcomes.

We are seeking a Sr. Specialist, Experiential Marketing - Event Planning & Logistics to lead the planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of corporate events across Verisk's global event landscape. In this role, you will serve as the hands-on event lead for assigned programs, guiding each experience from initial strategy and planning through onsite execution, post-event reporting, and continuous improvement.

This is an opportunity for an experienced corporate events professional who enjoys balancing big-picture thinking with flawless operational detail. You will manage multiple concurrent programs across tradeshows, sponsorship activations, hosted client experiences, executive roundtables, leadership meetings, employee engagement events, and large-scale conferences-often at different stages of the event lifecycle.

You will collaborate closely with integrated marketing teams, business stakeholders, executive leaders, creative and communications partners, venues, vendors, and agency teams to translate business objectives into polished, well-run experiences. The right candidate brings strong project management discipline, sound judgment, proactive communication, and the ability to stay calm and solutions-oriented when plans shift in real time.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment; takes pride in creating seamless attendee experiences; and is energized by the details that make events successful-from timelines, budgets, contracts, logistics, and registration to onsite execution, stakeholder updates, and post-event measurement.

This position requires an in-office presence of 2-3 days per week, with additional days as needed to support events. The role also requires the ability to travel up to 30% and work overtime or irregular hours as needed to meet business and event needs.

For over 50 years, Verisk has been the leading data analytics and technology partner to the global insurance industry by delivering value to our clients through expertise and scale. We empower communities and businesses to make better decisions on risk, faster.

At Verisk, you'll have the chance to use your voice and build a rewarding career that's as unique as you are, with work flexibility and the support, coaching, and training you need to succeed.

In addition, we've been recognized by The Wall Street Journal as one of the Best-Managed Companies and by Forbes as a World's Best Employer, testaments to the value we place on workplace culture.

We're 7,000 people strong.  We relentlessly and ethically pursue innovation. And we are looking for people like you to help us translate big data into big ideas. Join us and create an exceptional experience for yourself and a better tomorrow for future generations.
