What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead traffic engineering studies and design projects from early planning through construction
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget
  • Partner directly with clients-both public and private-to understand goals and guide transportation solutions
  • Navigate ODOT and local agency processes, helping move projects forward efficiently
  • Contribute to proposals and help shape new opportunities across a diverse project portfolio

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) or related field
  • 3+ years of traffic or civil engineering experience
  • PE license required (PTOE is a strong plus)
  • Experience with ODOT, municipalities, and regulatory processes
  • Proficiency with MicroStation and GEOPAK
  • Experience with HCS, Synchro, VISSIM, and/or TransModeler
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Salary Range:

The starting salary for this position is $90,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
