Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

100% Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time | Executive Leadership

About the Opportunity

VALiNTRY is seeking for an accomplished Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join the Executive Leadership Team of one of the nation's leading companies in the precious metals and financial services industry.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will lead the organization's enterprise marketing strategy, drive customer acquisition, accelerate revenue growth, strengthen brand leadership, and build a world-class marketing organization. This is a highly visible executive role with significant influence on the company's long-term growth strategy.
The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000 per year. However, if you possess additional valuable skill sets that could benefit the enterprise, you may be eligible for higher compensation. We encourage strong technical candidates to apply without hesitation.
 

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Leadership
  • Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute the company's long-term marketing strategy.
  • Establish measurable marketing objectives aligned with revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance on market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
Marketing Strategy & Growth
  • Lead all aspects of enterprise marketing, including:
    • Brand Strategy
    • Digital Marketing
    • Demand Generation
    • Content Marketing
    • Product Marketing
    • Customer Lifecycle Marketing
    • Public Relations
    • Executive Communications
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable business results.
  • Optimize customer acquisition strategies across digital, referral, affiliate, partnership, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall customer experience.
Brand Leadership
  • Protect and strengthen the company's brand across all customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and brand standards.
  • Increase brand awareness through thought leadership, media relations, and strategic communications.
Analytics & Financial Management
  • Manage multimillion-dollar marketing budgets and investment strategies.
  • Measure and optimize marketing performance using KPIs including:
    • Marketing ROI
    • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
    • Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
    • Pipeline Contribution
    • Conversion Rates
    • Attribution Models
  • Leverage data and analytics to improve marketing effectiveness and business performance.
Team Leadership
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing leaders.
  • Foster collaboration across creative, digital, communications, analytics, product marketing, and demand generation teams.
  • Build scalable marketing processes that support continued company growth.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
  • 7–10+ years leading executive-level marketing organizations.
  • Proven success scaling marketing organizations and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated expertise in:
    • Digital Marketing
    • Demand Generation
    • CRM Strategy
    • Marketing Automation
    • Brand Management
    • Customer Acquisition
    • Marketing Analytics
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar marketing budgets with measurable ROI.
