Essential Functions- Inspection of the part before, during, and after processing
- Competently Operates all machinery and instruments necessary to safely perform the job function, including
routine maintenance. Fork truck training for designated employees only. - Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Able to locate and understand relevant Quality system documentation in the Valence computer system.
- Understand, and perform steps defined in the Valence ROUTER, follow Valence procedures on correctly filling out routers,
corrections of input mistakes and notification of superior for all other router related problems. - Competently process parts with little or no supervision.
- Practice behavior which avoids damage to parts and protects the part from damage.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read process traveler and fill out completed operations
- Ability to perform simple cleaning operations
- Ability to assist as a helper to trained operators
- Able to follow verbal and written direction.
- Able to use basic hand tools such as wrenches and clamps
- Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work under direct supervision.
