    • Troubleshoot laboratory processes and contribute creative solutions to technical challenges.
    • Maintain accurate experimental records and ensure data integrity, traceability, and quality standards.
    • Support pilot studies, technology evaluations, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
    • Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and work areas while adhering to quality, safety, and biosecurity standards.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Reproductive Biology, Animal Science, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Agriculture, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on IVF or embryology laboratory experience; advanced graduate research experience may be considered.
    • Strong understanding of IVF workflows, embryo development, and laboratory best practices.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and organize work around project deliverables.
    • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Creative, curious, and open-minded approach to innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across scientific and operational teams.
    • Experience with molecular biology, stem cell research, automation technologies, CRISPR/gene editing, or related advanced laboratory techniques is a plus.
