UPS Store Customer Service Associate / Retail Sales Associate

Medina, Ohio

This position combines customer service, shipping and packaging support, retail sales, and light business services in a professional storefront setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service to walk-in customers
  • Process domestic and international shipments accurately using shipping and POS systems
