Job Title:Project Manager

**Location:**Phoenix, AZ (On-site)

Employment Type:Full-Time

**Salary:**$110,000 - $130,000 Annually (Based on experience)

Role Overview

The Project Manager leadsor coordinates construction projects such as developing a new facility; the addition, expansion, or extension of an existing facility; or renovation and alterations to a facility, in collaboration with the project team, construction site, and management. Develops assignments, timetables, and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project. Organizes and directs construction personnel and ensures that materials and equipment resources are delivered on time.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely completion of high-quality projects within budget constraints. Conduct regular status updates and end-of-contract cost analysis, efficiently incorporate scope changes, and verify project estimates for accuracy.
  • Review various reports to determine project status and the actions required, and provide periodic status and end-of-contract cost and budget analysis.
  • Conduct pre-job planning meetings and document meeting results, ensuring all action items are completed. Develop and keep current all project schedules, and ensure they mesh with the master project schedule.
  • Establish and execute subcontracts and equipment buy-outs to support schedules and budgets.
  • Communicate all project issues to the appropriate level of management in a timely manner.
  • Assemble the estimate for the project, review the final estimate, and ensure the proper loading of those numbers into the project cost system.
  • Prepare and submit monthly contract billings to ensure proper cash flow during contract performance.
  • Manage conflict resolution with customers, vendors, trades, or Partners.
  • Identify and develop policies and procedures for continuous and aggressive improvement.
  • Visit job sites or onsite offices, perform work inspections, check job progress, and resolve project and contract issues.

Required Background

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field is a mandatory requirement.
  • Two to five years of experience.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach.
