Job description

Mechanical & Electrical Construction Project Lead

Where: Phoenix, AZ (On-site)

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay Range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually (DOE)

Is This You?
  • Do you thrive at the intersection of scope, schedule, budget, and quality for complex MEP builds?
  • Can you translate estimates into executable plans and keep crews, vendors, and partners synchronized?
  • Are you energized by transforming drawings into safe, high-performing building systems for hospitals, schools, data centers, stadiums, and commercial spaces?
Who We Are

We’re an employee-owned MEP leader providing design-to-service solutions across Texas and the Southwest. Employee ownership means your voice matters and your growth is prioritized—with nationally recognized workplace culture, top-tier training, and servant leadership guiding how we build and how we treat people.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee new construction, additions/expansions, and renovations—coordinating with project teams, field operations, and management.
  • Define work assignments, timelines, and responsibilities, then marshal people, materials, and equipment to meet milestones.
  • Keep schedules current and aligned with the master plan; run effective pre-job planning meetings and track action items to closure.
  • Own project financials: confirm estimate accuracy, load costs into control systems, and complete periodic cost/budget reviews.
  • Execute subcontracts and equipment buy-outs that support delivery targets.
  • Submit monthly contract billings to maintain strong cash flow.
  • Resolve conflicts with customers, vendors, trades, and partners quickly and constructively.
  • Continuously improve policies and procedures for greater efficiency and quality.
  • Visit jobsites to inspect work, verify progress, and address contract or project issues.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline (required).
  • 2–5 years of experience managing or coordinating construction projects.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-starter mindset with proactive problem-solving.
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Competitive pay based on experience.
  • Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off and paid holidays.
  • Referral program, robust growth opportunities, and clear advancement paths across roles.
