PED 3545: Education au cycle preparatoire
Etude de modeles et d'approches en education au cycle preparatoire. Etude du developpement de l'enfant et transitions vers la vie scolaire. Analyse des rapports entre les differents groupes d'intervenants (famille, milieu de garde et ecole). Examen des politiques, du curriculum et des approches educatives favorisant le developpement de l'enfant en contexte minoritaire pluriel.
Veuillez noter que le cours est offert au campus de Toronto et non a Ottawa, et qu'il est enseigne en mode hybride presentiel, alternant apprentissage en personne et a distance.

Requirements:

Exigences minimales:

- Maitrise en education; La preference sera donnee a un doctorat en education portant sur la gestion de classe et differentiation pedagogique requise.

- Au moins un parmi :

  • Experience recente en enseignement a temps plein dans une ecole ou en administration au sein d'un conseil scolaire incluant deux ans de mise en oeuvre du curriculum de l'Ontario au cycle p/m avec une qualification specialiste au cycle p/m.

  • Dossier de recherche actuel et arbitre dans la matiere du cours a enseigner.

  • Examen de synthese (Ph.D.) recent dans la matiere du cours a enseigner.

- Connaissance demontree du contexte de l'Ontario en ce qui a trait a la matiere du cours a enseigner.

- Capacite manifeste d'appliquer les Normes d'exercice de la profession et du Code de deontologie des enseignantes et enseignants de l'Ontario.

Un niveau d'education/d'experience juge equivalent pourrait suppleer aux exigences d'education et/ou d'experience requises.
