Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Unity Point Behavioral Health Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality individual and couples therapy, effectively addressing a range of mental health issues.
• Completing timely and thorough documentation for all client interactions, ensuring high standards of record-keeping.
• Using a comprehensive billing service to manage claims, accounts receivable, eligibility checks, and payment plans.
• Scheduling ongoing appointments and maintaining an organized calendar, ensuring client needs are met effectively.
• Demonstrating adaptability to work with various clinical presentations ranging from anxiety and depression to relational issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base consisting of individuals and couples from varied backgrounds and age ranges. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.
• Active and independent LCSW licensure.

• Excellent therapeutic boundaries and cultural competence to effectively navigate clinical situations.
• Strong desire to continue professional development and enhance therapeutic skills.
• Availability for a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings weekly.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Unity Point Behavioral Health Services offers a competitive compensation package, with salaries ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, along with additional performance-based bonuses. Benefits include:

• Full-time employment status with W2 compensation.
