Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Unity Point Behavioral Health Services, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality individual and couples therapy, effectively addressing a range of mental health issues.
  • Completing timely and thorough documentation for all client interactions, ensuring high standards of record-keeping.
  • Using a comprehensive billing service to manage claims, accounts receivable, eligibility checks, and payment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.
  • Active and independent LCSW licensure.
  • Proficient organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on self-sufficiency and professionalism.
  • Excellent therapeutic boundaries and cultural competence to effectively navigate clinical situations.
  • Strong desire to continue professional development and enhance therapeutic skills.
  • Availability for a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings weekly.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with significant training and experience in couples therapy will be greatly valued. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining therapeutic relationships will be a key advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

Unity Point Behavioral Health Services offers a competitive compensation package, with salaries ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, along with additional performance-based bonuses. Benefits include:
