• Keep management systems up to date with accurate and complete client information
• Educate clients on account services, processes, and platform capabilities
• Prepare reports and materials to support client meetings and reviews
• Collect, review, and verify documentation for new accounts and service requests
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors
• Maintain a detailed calendar of team activities, meetings, and client follow-ups
• Support team marketing efforts and assist with client outreach initiatives

Your team
You'll be working in the Private Wealth Management desk in Los Angeles. Our team delivers tailored wealth management solutions to high-net-worth clients, partnering closely with financial advisors to provide a high level of service and a seamless client experience. As a Client Associate, you'll play an integral role in supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring all administrative and operational processes run efficiently.
Your expertise
• Series 7 and 66 licenses (required for registered roles); if not currently licensed, willingness to obtain within 180 days is required
• Ideally 2-5 years of experience in client service, administrative, or operational support, preferably within financial services or wealth management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and client management systems
• Solid understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements
• Team-oriented approach with a proactive mindset and commitment to delivering the UBS client experience

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - California - Los Angeles min USD 65000 - max USD 85000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
