About the Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS organization with strong market momentum, established product-market fit, and a scalable go-to-market strategy. As the company continues to expand its mid-market customer base, they are seeking a high-performing Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and contribute to the growth of a high-performing sales organization.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company, work directly with revenue leadership, and play a key role in scaling a proven sales motion.

What You'll Do

• Own and exceed quota across the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closed-won business.
• Execute a disciplined inbound and outbound sales motion to generate and close new opportunities.
• Build relationships across multiple stakeholders and develop internal champions within target accounts.
• Deliver value-based product demonstrations that align customer challenges with measurable business outcomes.
• Maintain strong pipeline coverage and accurate CRM management.
• Utilize structured sales methodologies, including MEDDIC and MEDDPICC, to manage opportunities and forecasting.
• Partner closely with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to create a seamless customer experience.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of sales processes and best practices.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling into mid-market organizations.
• Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, or Sandler.
• Experience using CRM, sales engagement, and prospecting platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable, competitive, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, California.

Compensation & Benefits

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000–$200,000 (50/50 base and variable compensation structure).

Work Model
