Do naszego zespou w Polsce poszukujemy Key Account Managera odpowiedzialnego za tworzenie i rozwoj koncepcji wspopracy z partnerami edukacyjnymi oraz rozwoj relacji biznesowych w obszarze szkolen technicznych dla kluczowych branz w Polsce.
Rola ma charakter projektowokoncepcyjny i obejmuje budowanie modelu wspopracy, identyfikacje nowych kierunkow rozwoju oraz wdrazanie inicjatyw wspierajacych rozwoj kompetencji technicznych klientow ostatecznych.
Stanowisko zwiazane jest z rozwojem rynku szkolen technicznych, promocja rozwiazan produktowych w srodowisku praktycznym oraz budowaniem sieci partnerow wspierajacych edukacje, bezpieczenstwo pracy i rozwoj kompetencji uzytkownikow koncowych.
Gowne obowiazki
- Praca na terenie Polski z gotowoscia do regularnych podrozy suzbowych.
- Rozwoj wspopracy z partnerami szkoleniowymi, edukacyjnymi i certyfikacyjnymi.
- Budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z centrami szkoleniowymi, jednostkami edukacji technicznej oraz trenerami.
- Pozyskiwanie nowych partnerow i identyfikowanie mozliwosci rozwoju biznesu w obszarze szkolen technicznych.
- Realizacja projektow wspierajacych rozwoj kompetencji technicznych klientow oraz obecnosc produktow i rozwiazan w programach szkoleniowych.
- Prowadzenie szkolen, warsztatow, demonstracji oraz prezentacji zastosowan produktow i rozwiazan.
- Wspopraca z klientami, dystrybutorami i zespoami wewnetrznymi w celu rozwoju sprzedazy i realizacji projektow.
- Udzia w targach branzowych, wydarzeniach edukacyjnych i spotkaniach z klientami.
- Monitorowanie trendow rynkowych oraz raportowanie dziaan i rozwoju relacji w systemach CRM.
Wymagane doswiadczenie i umiejetnosci
- Minimum 5 lat doswiadczenia w sprzedazy B2B oraz rozwoju klientow w branzy technicznej, przemysowej, budowlanej lub infrastrukturalnej.
- Doswiadczenie w sprzedazy rozwiazan wymagajacych doradztwa technicznego, demonstracji produktowych oraz wspopracy z klientami koncowymi.
- Umiejetnosc budowania dugofalowych relacji biznesowych, rozwijania partnerstw oraz prowadzenia negocjacji.
- Mile widziane doswiadczenie we wspopracy z partnerami szkoleniowymi, edukacyjnymi lub certyfikujacymi.
- Swoboda w prowadzeniu szkolen, prezentacji i demonstracji dla odbiorcow technicznych i handlowych.
- Proaktywnosc, samodzielnosc oraz umiejetnosc prowadzenia projektow i rozwijania nowych mozliwosci biznesowych.
- Wysoko rozwiniete umiejetnosci komunikacyjne; bardzo dobra znajomosc pakietu MS Office (mile widziana znajomosc CRM i SAP).
- Gotowosc do pracy mobilnej na terenie Polski, prawo jazdy kat. B
- Znajomosc jezyka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2.
