Gownym celem na tym stanowisku jest realizacja strategii sprzedazowej na podlegym terytorium poprzez identyfikacje kluczowych klientow, wspieranie dystrybutorow oraz budowanie dugofalowej wspopracy i rozwoj biznesu w branzy kolejowej.
Gowne obowiazki:
- Praca na terenie caej Polski
- Budowanie oraz rozwoj portfela klientow w sektorze taboru kolejowego
- Wspopraca z firmami odpowiedzialnymi za produkcje taboru kolejowego
naprawy i serwis, utrzymanie oraz eksploatacje taboru - Demonstracja rozwiazan Milwaukee dla uzytkownikow koncowych w miejscach ich pracy
- Zarzadzanie portfelem klientow zgodnie ze strategia biznesowa firmy oraz ustalonymi celami
- Realizacja wyznaczonych planow sprzedazowych oraz celow jakosciowych
- Aktywne poszukiwanie nowych mozliwosci biznesowych w branzy kolejowej
- Rozwoj wspopracy z istniejacymi klientami oraz obsuga aktywnych projektow sprzedazowych
- Wspopraca z dystrybutorami oraz zespoami JSS w celu rozwoju klientow i wdrazania nowych kategorii produktowych
- Utrzymywanie wysokiego poziomu wiedzy o rynku taboru kolejowego, produktach i ich zastosowaniu
- Wspopraca z innymi dziaami Milwaukee CEE w celu kompleksowej obsugi klientow
- Udzia w targach branzowych, wydarzeniach kolejowych oraz spotkaniach z klientami
- Minimum 5 lat doswiadczenia w sprzedazy B2B poparte sukcesami (preferowane srodowisko techniczne/produkcyjne)
- Doswiadczenie w branzy kolejowej lub powiazanej (np. produkcja, serwis, utrzymanie taboru lub dostawy dla sektora kolejowego)
- Znajomosc specyfiki pracy w srodowisku produkcyjnym lub serwisowym
- Umiejetnosc budowania relacji z klientami oraz prowadzenia negocjacji
- Wysoko rozwiniete zdolnosci interpersonalne i komunikacyjne
- Proaktywne podejscie oraz orientacja na wynik
- Bardzo dobra znajomosc pakietu MS Office, mile widziana znajomosc systemow CRM / SAP / QlikSense
- Gotowosc do pracy mobilnej oraz okazjonalnej pracy w niestandardowych godzinach
- Jezyk angielski - poziom min. B2
- Prawo jazdy kat. B
