We are looking for a senior transactional attorney to join our corporate and business transactions group.

What the role looks like

M&A, business transactions, corporate governance, and securities work for a client base that includes closely held businesses, founders, and middle market companies. This is a senior-level seat with real autonomy and direct client relationships from day one.

What we are looking for

• Senior associate, counsel, or partner-level experience in M&A and business transactions
• A background that spans corporate, commercial, and securities work
• The ability to run deals independently and manage client relationships directly
• Portable business is welcomed and we can show you a model for how to grow it here, but it is not a requirement
