  • Ensure projects meet company quality and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers, project stakeholders, and internal leadership
  • Complete daily reports, timecards, and project documentation
  • Manage jobsite logistics, deliveries, tools, and equipment
  • Promote and enforce OSHA and company safety procedures

Must-Haves as the Masonry Foreman:

  • Experience in masonry, bricklaying, concrete repair, waterproofing, or restoration
  • Leadership experience as a Foreman, Crew Lead, or similar role preferred
  • Ability to read plans and coordinate field activities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to pass required physical and driving-related screenings

Nice-to-Haves as the Masonry Foreman:

  • Historic restoration experience
  • Tuckpointing or repointing experience
  • Facade restoration or waterproofing experience
  • Scaffold, swing-stage, lift, or aerial platform experience
  • CDL or Class C license
  • Experience leading commercial restoration projects

This position Offers:

  • $30-$40/hour depending on experience
  • Overtime pay after 40 hours
  • Consistent 47-50+ hour work weeks
  • 100% employer-paid employee health insurance
  • Retirement plan with company match and immediate vesting
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Company-provided uniforms
  • Per diem for overnight travel assignments
  • Stable year-round work with a strong project backlog
  • Long-term growth opportunities into senior leadership roles
  • Family-oriented culture with direct access to ownership and leadership
