What Youโll Need to Succeed:
- Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to various situations
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and safety protocols
- Independent work ethic with resourcefulness, initiative, and good judgment
- Flexibility to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
- Experience with Alchemy LMS and Redzone
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, and food safety regulations
- Experience with equipment monitoring and process optimization
Preferred Education and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or a related field
- 3 to 5 years in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating leadership and operational expertise
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work safely and promote safety initiatives within the team
- Prior experience with production KPIs and SOP development
- Technical aptitude for equipment maintenance and process improvements
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable
