Job description

Journeyman Electrician (Commercial)

Lehigh Valley, PA

Hourly Rate: $25.00-$29.00 (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Install conduit, wiring, fixtures, and other electrical components in accordance with the National Electrical Code
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
  • Test electrical systems and components for safety and efficiency
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and technical documents
  • Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems to identify problems and make repairs
  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems


Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of commercial electrical work
  • Well rounded in all phases and types of commercial electrical construction projects
  • Must wear safety equipment always, adhere to safety policies and procedures
  • Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong Knowledge of the NEC
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
