Job description

Experience the Impact of Your Work as an Equipment Maintenance Specialist!

At the helm of machine operations in a high-speed production environment, you will work under the guidance of our Operational Team Leader. Your prime mission? Ensuring machines churn out quality ends safely and efficiently, using established Best Practices.

Role Overview:
  • Engage with machinery and mechanical equipment, harnessing the power of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to perform preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Uphold stringent quality and operational standards, complementing our commitment to safeguarding partner brands.
  • Clearly communicate safety, quality, and production timelines using our documentation systems.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Setup, operate, tune, maintain, and troubleshoot end line equipment.
  • Facilitate people development by advocating our Trivium Production System (TPS) and utilizing standard processes for problem-solving.
  • Dive into equipment troubleshooting to address and rectify defects.
  • Lend a hand during trial runs, at times assisting in isolating and sorting defective products, and addressing mechanical breakdowns with efficiency.
  • Participate in our internal certification program for forklift operations as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and legal requirements, including BRC Food Safety Standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental policies and procedures.
Who You Are:

Education & Expertise

  • Holding a High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Possessing mechanical savviness
  • Equipped with basic computer and math skills
  • Possession of a professional certificate/license in industrial or mechanical skills is a plus!
  • Familiarity with high-volume manufacturing settings is appreciated.

Earn Between $22.00 and $24.42 an hour!
