Position Summary:

TrendAIis redefining how organizations manage cyber riskfrom reactive security operations to proactive, risk-driven decision making.We'relooking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how the market understands Email and Collaboration Security and why modern enterprises need a holistic approach to protect people, inboxes, and collaboration apps.

In this role,you'llown the narrative for our email security solution by crafting clear, compelling stories that resonate with IT administrators, CISOs, and executive stakeholders.You'lltranslate deep technical value into outcome-driven messaging, influence go-to-market strategy, and elevateTrendAI'sleadership in in safe communication and seamless collaboration.

This is a highly visible role for a strategic storyteller who understands the evolving email threat landscape (phishing, BEC, ransomware) and the modern architectures organizations use, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and collaboration services.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the story: Define positioning and messaging forTrendAI Vision One Email and Collaboration Security, with a strong emphasis on connecting capabilities to business outcomes like reduced human risk, fewer successful phishing/BEC incidents, and faster response.

  • Lead go-to-market: Drive launches, sales enablement, and campaign GTM motions in close partnership with product, sales, and campaign marketing teams.

  • Create high-impact content: Develop field-ready assets (presentations, whitepapers, blogs, case studies, videos, analyst relations materials) that engage security teams and CISO audiences.

  • Influence the product roadmap: Bring market insight, customer perspective, and competitive insights to help prioritize product strategy.

  • Enable the field: Arm sales teams with crisp narratives, decks, and training that help them win complex security conversations.

  • Be a thought leader: Present confidently to analysts, customers, partners, and internal leadersrepresentingTrendAIas a trusted voice on modern email threats, human risk, and protecting collaboration environments.

  • Stay ahead of the market: Track trends across email threats (QR code phishing, credential phishing, impersonation/BEC, account takeover), email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and SaaS collaboration risk to continuously sharpen our point of view.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity or adjacent technical domains.

  • Deep understanding of email security and/or cloud collaboration security (e.g., Microsoft 365/Exchange Online, Google Workspace/Gmail) and the buyer journey for these solutions.

  • Strong grasp of cyber risk, threat-based and risk-based approaches, and executive-level security conversations.

  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and frameworks, such as NIST.

  • Exceptional storytelling skills-able to simplify complexity without losing technical credibility.

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environments.

  • A strategic mindset with hands-on execution instincts.
