Job description

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain the highest industry standards regarding cleaning and general upkeep of a property
  • Inspect properties to prepare for guest and owner arrivals
  • Report housekeeping, maintenance, or other issues to the property management team in a timely manner
  • Support Property Managers by offering assistance in helping them to achieve their goals
  • Work closely with the operations staff on a daily basis while providing the utmost owner/guest service

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Organizational skills with strong attention to details
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, ever changing environment

Schedule:

Typical work week will be primarily Saturdays during the months of May - September. 

Physical Requirements:

  • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and occasionally exert up to 40 pounds of force.
  • Use your arms and legs. Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, twist, carry and reach.
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
  • Subject to internal and external environmental conditions
