We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver / CNA to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on the AM shift. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with residents and helping them begin their day with dignity, comfort, and independence. Why You’ll Love This Role • Meaningful interactions with residents each day • Supportive and collaborative care team • Opportunity to build lasting relationships with residents • Part-time schedule that provides flexibility • Additional $0.75/hour for CNA certification What You’ll Do • Assist residents with morning routines, including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility • Provide assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident’s individual service plan • Support residents with meals and other daily activities • Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs • Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior • Maintain accurate documentation as required • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members • Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment • Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other members of the Touchmark team What We’re Looking For • A genuine desire to work with and serve older adults • Dependability and a strong commitment to attendance • Compassion, patience, and professionalism • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to provide personal care while maintaining resident dignity and privacy • CNA certification is preferred but not required • Previous caregiving, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare experience is preferred At Touchmark, our team members live our ETHIC values of Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion in everything we do.
