About the Team At TikTok, our Local Services team is revolutionizing how users discover and engage with the world around them. This team is building the next generation of O2O (Online-to-Offline) experiences-connecting digital discovery with real-world consumption. From local merchant solutions and geolocation features to seamless transaction tools, we are shaping an ecosystem that empowers local businesses and provides immense value to our global community. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support TikTok Local Services' entry into the US market and build the operations team from ground up. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is essential to ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience by managing the logistics of the hiring process. You will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Sourcers to schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain data integrity in our applicant tracking system. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be critical in supporting the team to meet its hiring goals. Responsibilities: - Partner closely with recruiters and stakeholders to coordinate and schedule complex interviews across different departments, hiring managers, and time zones. - Act as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics, providing clear and timely communication to ensure a world-class candidate experience. - Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) with a high degree of accuracy. - Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across various departments and locations. - Support various hiring projects by helping to track candidate pipelines and ensuring the smooth progression of candidates through the interview process. - Identify opportunities for improving recruiting operations and process efficiency to enhance the overall hiring journey.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of relevant sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media, or technical forums. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. - 1+ years of recruiting experience within the tech industry. - A proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders. - A passion for the technology industry and a strong ability to embrace and adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
