    - Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute initiatives on schedule and within scope.

    - Facilitate project governance meetings and provide executive-level updates on project health, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

    - Identify opportunities to accelerate growth through product enhancements, process optimization, strategic partnerships, and technology integrations.

    - Serve as the primary point of coordination between business, technology, operations, risk, legal, compliance, and vendor partners.

    - Build strong partnerships with senior leaders and influence decisions across multiple business functions.

    - Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and issue resolution.

    - Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and strategy discussions to align priorities and drive project outcomes.

    Change Management and Implementation

    - Develop implementation plans to support successful adoption of new products, services, and operating models.

    - Coordinate training, documentation, communications, and readiness activities.

    - Ensure operational teams are prepared to support new capabilities and processes.

    - Monitor post-implementation performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

    Risk Management and Governance

    - Identify project risks, interdependencies, and compliance considerations early in the project lifecycle.

    - Ensure initiatives align with regulatory requirements, operational controls, and enterprise governance standards.

    - Escalate issues appropriately and drive timely resolution.

    - Maintain project documentation, business requirements, decision logs, and implementation artifacts.
