    Job Title: ThoughtSpot Developer

    Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid/Onsite)
    Duration: Long Term

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced ThoughtSpot Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise analytics solutions using ThoughtSpot. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and data modeling expertise and experience integrating ThoughtSpot with modern cloud data platforms.

    Required Skills

    • 5+ years of BI/Analytics development experience.
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot development and administration.
    • Strong experience creating Worksheets, Liveboards, Pinboards, SearchIQ, and SpotIQ.
    • Expertise in SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning.
    • Experience with data modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and semantic layers.
    • Experience integrating ThoughtSpot with Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Databricks.
    • Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, DBT, Azure Data Factory, or SSIS.
    • Experience with Python or scripting for automation is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain ThoughtSpot Worksheets, Liveboards, and Pinboards.
    • Build scalable semantic models for self-service analytics.
    • Optimize search performance and SQL queries.
    • Collaborate with data engineering teams to design efficient data models.
    • Implement row-level security and user/group permissions.
    • Troubleshoot dashboard and data performance issues.
    • Work closely with business users to gather reporting requirements.
    • Provide production support and documentation.
