Job description

Senior Analyst Relations Manager, Global Communications
ThoughtSpot is the leader in Agentic Analytics, turning natural language into governed, trusted insight through Spotter and our broader analytics platform. We're headquartered in Mountain View, California, with hubs across North America, EMEA, and India - a fast-growing B2B SaaS company built on continuous innovation and a real passion for making AI work for the people who use it every day.
ThoughtSpot started by giving humans a better way to ask questions of data. Spotter turned that into an AI analyst that reasons over governed enterprise data. Now the market is shifting to agentic analytics - a category-defining moment, and the analysts who write the reports enterprises trust are still catching up to what it means.
ThoughtSpot's platform lets anyone ask a question in plain language and get a governed, trusted answer, powered by Spotter reasoning over real enterprise data. Unlike legacy BI dashboards or generic AI chat tools, every answer is grounded in your company's actual data model - live, explainable, and built to be trusted by the business that acts on it.
We're looking for the person to own analyst relations for ThoughtSpot's agentic analytics story, end to end. Reporting to the VP of Global Communications, you'll have direct access to our C-suite and product leadership, and you'll operate as their trusted partner in translating technical innovation into the narratives that shape how top firms and boutique analysts alike see ThoughtSpot.
What You'll Do
  • Own the AR strategy. Define and drive a proactive, insight-led analyst relations program with product marketing, product, and executive leadership, aligned to ThoughtSpot's positioning and business goals.
  • Build the relationships that matter. Cultivate high-trust relationships with major firms like Gartner and Forrester, and boutique analysts like ISG, Constellation, Nucleus, and GAI, across AI, analytics, agentic workforce, and enterprise SaaS.
  • Run the engagement calendar. Own the strategy and execution of briefings, inquiries, and strategy sessions so analysts stay current on ThoughtSpot's vision, roadmap, and customer outcomes.
  • Win the evaluations that matter. Lead cross-functional submissions for Gartner Magic Quadrant and Critical Capabilities, GAI Insight Buyers Guides, IDC Market Guides, ISG Buyers Guides, and Nucleus Value Matrix - messaging aligned, competitive edge in every cycle.
  • Craft the story. Build the decks, briefing documents, positioning summaries, and competitive differentiators that make ThoughtSpot easy for analysts to understand and repeat correctly.
  • Measure what matters. Turn analyst feedback and market signal into insights the business actually uses, and report on how AR moves perception, evaluation placement, and pipeline.

Who We're Looking For
This is a high-visibility, high-trust role. You'll have real access to leadership and the freedom to build the program the way you think it should work - nobody's handing you a script.
  • You've spent 6-8 years in analyst relations, communications, or product marketing inside B2B SaaS, analytics, or enterprise tech.
  • You know the analyst landscape cold - methodologies, report cycles, and how to build relationships that outlast a single briefing.
  • You've moved the needle on how a company shows up in the reports that matter, with a track record to prove it.
  • You can turn dense technical detail into a story an analyst repeats back correctly.
  • You work across product, marketing, and executive teams without waiting to be told what to do - clarity is kindness, and you bring it to every message you write.
  • You treat analyst relationships as long-term partnerships, not transactional check-ins before a report drops - you show up whether the news is good or not.
  • You're organized enough to run multiple relationships and evaluation cycles at once without dropping a thread.
  • You've built a strong presence on LinkedIn and a real network of analysts, journalists, and industry voices - people who know you, follow you, and will take your call.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • We value what you've built vs. your title or years of experience.
