Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (8-hour shift between 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM AZ time)

Job Overview
Tekberry is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Vehicle Operations Specialist to support logistics and order management operations for our client, a leader in automotive technology and mobility solutions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate vehicle tracking, order processing, and communication across vendors, clients, and internal teams.
The Vehicle Operations Specialist will manage transportation orders, maintain accurate system records, and support daily operational workflows while identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Logistics Coordination
• Process and manage vehicle transportation orders and updates
• Enter and maintain transportation notes within internal systems
• Follow up on submitted orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Resolve discrepancies and update missing or incorrect information
Communication & Coordination
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with vendors, clients, and customers
• Obtain status updates and confirm vehicle locations
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational needs
Data Entry & Record Management
• Maintain accurate account and order records across systems
• Update customer details including contact information and order notes
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across platforms
Reporting & Analysis
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track orders, inventory, and key metrics
• Analyze trends to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Organize data for reporting and management visibility
Inventory & Operational Support
• Monitor and manage daily inventory levels
• Support allocation and availability of vehicles
• Assist with additional operational tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with data entry, Excel, and multiple computer systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in logistics, operations, or order management
• Experience in automotive, transportation, or fleet-related industries
• Familiarity with tracking systems or operational platforms
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role supporting logistics operations and order management. Candidates must be local to the Phoenix area (or near a Manheim auction) and able to work onsite as required. The organization is transitioning to a structured hybrid model with required in-office days.
