Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care and patient monitoring per LPN scope of practice.

  • Assess patient conditions and report changes to RNs and physicians.

  • Administer medications and document administration accurately.

  • Uphold patient privacy and HIPAA compliance at all times.

  • Maintain detailed, timely patient records and progress notes.

  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.

  • Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care plans.

  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development milestones.

  • Meet performance targets and contribute to pipeline-based success metrics.

  • Provide patient education and discharge planning under supervision.

  • Assist with basic clinical procedures and sterile technique.

  • Demonstrate reliability by timely attendance and consistent work ethic.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Arizona with current registration.

  • Current CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

  • Proficient administration of medications with accurate documentation.

  • Strong HIPAA compliance and patient privacy adherence.

  • Commitment to infection control, sanitation, and safety protocols.

  • Experience delivering patient monitoring and basic clinical procedures.

  • Excellent charting and record-keeping with timely progress notes.

  • Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare team.

  • Willingness to participate in continuous professional development and learning.

  • Evidence of reliability: punctuality, consistent attendance, and accountability.
