    Sourcing Consultant Hybrid | Minneapolis, MN

    Are you an experienced sourcing or procurement professional looking to make an impact within a large, fast-paced corporate environment? We are seeking a Sourcing Consultant to support strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier management activities, and contract-related projects for a leading Fortune 100 financial services organization.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative professional who enjoys partnering with internal stakeholders, analyzing contracts, negotiating with vendors, and helping drive sourcing strategies that support business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Support strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives across multiple business areas.
    • Analyze sourcing requests and evaluate supplier proposals, contracts, and pricing.
    • Review, draft, negotiate, and manage supplier agreements and contract documentation.
    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify sourcing opportunities and improve procurement processes.
    • Conduct financial and contract analysis to support sourcing decisions.
    • Manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business priorities.
    • Ensure sourcing activities align with company policies, compliance requirements, and procurement best practices.
    • Research and resolve moderately complex sourcing and supplier-related issues.
    • Collaborate with internal business partners to support large-scale sourcing initiatives and operational goals.
    Qualifications
    • 4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, supply chain, or contract management.
    • Experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing supplier contracts.
    • Strong analytical, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and procurement-related software systems.
    • Experience supporting corporate procurement or strategic sourcing initiatives within a large organization is highly preferred.

    Additional Details
