What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with project teams to design subdivision, land development, and public improvement plans.
  • Develop stormwater management reports and modeling.
  • Create erosion & sediment control plans and construction cost estimates.
  • Assist in preparing municipal submissions and permit applications.
  • Attend client, municipal, and agency meetings alongside senior engineers.
  • Support compliance reviews for zoning and development ordinances.
  • Gain experience and mentorship to grow into greater project responsibilities.

What you Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • 5+ years of relevant civil/site design experience
  • EIT required; PE license preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with stormwater modeling software (e.g., HydroCAD, SWMM)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Knowledge of Pennsylvania land development regulations is a plus
