Job Title: Senior Geotechnical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
Drive business development efforts and maintain strong client and contract relationships
Oversee QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with engineering standards and codes
Mentor and guide junior staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
Required Skills & Experience
PE license in NJ and NY with 8+ years of geotechnical design and project management experience
Strong expertise in geotechnical investigations, SOE design, underpinning, and related analysis
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Proven ability to manage projects effectively while maintaining client satisfaction
Preferred Skills & Experience
Master"s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field
Experience with deep foundations, retaining walls, and slope stability design
Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000/year
