We're seeking a Legal Program Manager to drive operational excellence and strategic execution across our Legal function - including Product, Privacy, Commercial, Litigation & Employment, and Corporate & Compliance.
This role serves as a force multiplier for Legal leadership, translating priorities into structured, scalable programs that enable the business to move quickly while managing risk responsibly.
    You will:
    • Drive cross-functional legal initiatives from scoping through execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and executive visibility.
    • Operationalize Legal's ways of working - building scalable intake, prioritization, governance, reporting, and knowledge-management frameworks.
    • Improve efficiency and impact by implementing tools, automation, metrics, and program governance across the legal portfolio.
    • Serve as connective tissue between Legal and key partners (Product, Engineering, Sales, HR, Finance, Security), anticipating friction and accelerating decision-making.
    • Enable leadership clarity through structured reporting, risk tracking, and clear articulation of trade-offs and progress.
    Qualifications
    • 8+ years of program or project management experience in legal, compliance, or highly regulated environments.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in fast-moving, ambiguous settings.
    • Strong cross-functional influence skills and executive-level communication capability.
    • Experience designing scalable legal processes (intake, triage, playbooks, dashboards, governance frameworks).
    • Working familiarity with legal subject areas such as product counseling, privacy, commercial contracting, litigation management, employment, and corporate compliance.
    • Collaborative, low-ego leader who operates independently and drives measurable results.
    Compensation and Benefits
Superhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more:
    • Excellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits)
    • Disability and life insurance options
    • 401(k) and RRSP matching
    • Paid parental leave
    • 20 days of paid time off per year, 12 days of paid holidays per year, two floating holidays per year, and flexible sick time
    • Generous stipends (including those for caregiving, pet care, wellness, your home office, and more)
    • Annual professional development budget and opportunities
