  • Develop project performance metrics, productivity tracking tools, and schedule recovery plans.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams to ensure schedule alignment.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and project status presentations.
  • Mentor junior schedulers and provide guidance on scheduling best practices.
  • Support multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting capital projects valued at $500M to $1B+.
  • Background in midstream, downstream, refinery, petrochemical, LNG, or major infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with project productivity analysis and performance reporting.
  • Previous experience mentoring, coaching, or leading project controls or scheduling teams.
  • Professional certifications such as PMI-SP, PSP (AACE), or PMP.
  • Experience working within large EPC, engineering, construction, or owner-operator organizations.
