    Project Analyst - NGB Executive Secretariat
    Location: Arlington, VA / Washington, DC area, including NGB, TARC, Pentagon, ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, and authorized telework locations
    Work Arrangement: On-site/hybrid as authorized; remote work is not permitted
    Clearance: Secret required; Top Secret preferred
    Employment Type: Full-time
    Status: Contingent upon contract award
    Position Summary
    Summit Technologies is seeking a Project Analyst to support the National Guard Bureau Executive Secretariat. This position will focus on daily tasker intake, suspense management, coordination tracking, meeting support, and document control in support of NGB senior leader decision processes.
    Responsibilities
    • Monitor assigned task queues and process incoming taskers.
    • Track internal and external suspense dates.
    • Coordinate with Action Officers and Workflow Managers to obtain status updates.
    • Maintain accurate tasker, meeting, and document tracking tools.
    • Support preparation and routing of staff action packages.
    • Assist with meeting calendar management, attendee lists, and RSVP tracking.
    • Review task packages for completeness before final routing.
    • Support electronic repository maintenance and record organization.
    • Escalate late, unclear, contentious, or misrouted actions.
    • Provide administrative and analytical support to Government staff.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Three years of relevant experience in project support, task coordination, staff action control, administrative analysis, or executive support.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • National Guard, Army, Air Force, Joint Staff, OSD, or DoD headquarters experience.
    • Experience with staff action packages, senior leader correspondence, or tasker workflows.
    • Experience with classified and unclassified Government systems.

    * Note: The anticipated salary range for this contingent upon award position is $80,000 to $140,000 annually. The final offered salary will be determined by the candidate's specific qualifications, relevant experience, location, and the final funding level approved by the client upon contract award.
