    POSITION OVERVIEW
    As a Tax Manager your roles and responsibilities will include:
    • Assist with preparation of forecasted ETR and tax provisions under ASC 740
    • Assist in ASC 740-10 (FIN 48) assessment & documentation
    • Manage complete lifecycle of federal, international, state income and franchise tax compliance, including the preparation of quarterly estimated tax payments, extensions, and tax return filings
    • Assist with review of deferred tax assets and liabilities.
    • Prepare complicated schedule Ms related to tax provision and compliance.
    • Review reconciliations of tax accounts and accruals for income and franchise taxes.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Tax Manager who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Tax Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
    • CPA required
    • Five or more years of experience with large corporate taxpayer and/or large public accounting firm.
    • Corptax software experience a plus
    • International tax compliance/provision experience is a plus.
    • Experience with preparation of federal research and development tax credit and documentation a plus.

    We understand that even if you are a seasoned Tax Manager you may not have all the skills listed here.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
    Compensation: Based on Experience. One of the best in the industry
    Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
    Minimum Experience : Five or more years of experience with large corporate taxpayer and/or large public accounting firm.
