When you join ST, you will be part of a global business with more than 115 nationalities, present in 40 countries, and comprising over 50,000 diverse and dedicated creators and makers of technology around the world.

This role is instrumental in advancing ST's end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, driving outcomes across all talent cohorts-early career, experienced professionals, and executive hiring-while strengthening our ability to compete for talent in a complex and evolving market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across a broad portfolio of roles, ensuring quality, speed, and alignment with business priorities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, shaping hiring strategies, defining role requirements, and aligning on talent priorities
  • Drive execution of ST's global HR priorities across all hiring segments (early career, professional, executive), ensuring consistency and impact
  • Leverage recruiting technologies and AI-enabled solutions to support the recruiting lifecycle and guide workforce decisions.
  • Effectively stakeholders with the business to understand business context, anticipate talent needs, and navigate market dynamics
  • Build and sustain proactive talent pipelines for critical and high-demand roles to reduce time-to-fill and improve hiring outcomes
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, referrals, talent communities, market mapping) to access diverse and high-quality talent
  • Assess and calibrate talent rigorously, ensuring alignment with role requirements, leadership expectations, and organizational culture
  • Provide data-driven market insights to inform hiring decisions
  • Establish and drive process improvements, standardization, and automation to enhance service quality and efficiency
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, strengthening ST's employer brand and engagement
  • Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate effectively across regional and global HR team, ensuring alignment with enterprise processes, standards, and best practices

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within complex, global organizations
  • Experience in the technology sector (e.g., semiconductor, engineering, IT, or related industries) is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple job families, including both technical and non-technical roles
  • Strong business acumen and advisory skills, with the ability to translate organizational priorities into effective talent strategies
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and building credible partnerships with business leaders
  • Expertise in talent market insights, pipeline strategy, and workforce analytics
  • Demonstrated experience in managing search firms and recruitment vendors.
  • Hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools; experience in implementing or enhancing ATS/CRM is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and support change initiatives
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate at pace and drive results

At STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
The base annual salary range for this role is between $ 114,400 to $ 142,950 USD
