Job Summary:
State Street is a leading financial services provider that is seeking a Vice President for their Alpha Cash Services product team. The role involves leading product development and supporting services aligned with the Alpha Cash services product roadmap, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful product execution and adoption.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape and generate innovative product ideas and concepts that address key market opportunities and challenges supporting Alpha cash service.
• Establish strong partnerships with internal stakeholders in Sales, Operations, Technology, Cash service product implementation, other product development service family and E2E architecture teams to influence and coordinate cross-functional business solutions and products, in support of client and business goals.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to support product demand opportunities as part of product strategy and development.
• Possess strong knowledge of front-to-back Investment management/Investment services with focus on user digital experience.
• Work with business and technology partners to establish clear connections between business goals, strategies, and the data and technology investments required to achieve them.
• Communicates recommendations to management/senior Alpha business leaders through effective written and oral communication.
• Assist with pricing strategies and product policies.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong product development, product life cycle management and business analysis skills
• Ability to develop and deliver products, business solutions, and strategies aligned with the Alpha Cash services product roadmap
• Collaboration with cash product implementation, product partners and E2E solutions for product execution and adoption
• Building relationships and collaborating with business stakeholders and technology partners
• Skilled in analyzing complex business service flows across front, middle, and back office operating models
• Focus on cash management and liquidity support services
• Driving strategic solution design, business architecture, and business solutions/services
• Driving program/project execution and reporting
• Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Generating innovative product ideas and concepts
• Establishing strong partnerships with internal stakeholders in Sales, Operations, Technology, and other product development service family
• Acting as a liaison between business and technology teams
• Possessing strong knowledge of front-to-back Investment management/Investment services
• Working with business and technology partners to establish connections between business goals and technology investments
• Communicating recommendations to management/senior Alpha business leaders
• Assisting with pricing strategies and product policies
• Strategic thinking with strong business analysis and planning skills
• Creation of business process flows and defining business problems, solutions, and designs
• Proven experience with business requirements analysis

• Experience with writing features/requirements
• Product Owner role experience using Agile Methodologies
• Proven related financial services experience
• Good understanding of State Street businesses
• Demonstrate understanding of Operations processes and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Products; MS Access, Visio; Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint
• Demonstrated excellence in business writing and development of business process flow diagrams
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field of study
• 12+ years of experience in data analysis, Operations, or Product management
