Cashier - The Stand Restaurant Carmel Mountain 12045 Carmel Mountain Rd #303, San Diego, CA 92128, USA
The Stand isn't your average fast-casual restaurant. We've grown to 22+ locations across California and Texas - and we're not slowing down. That growth means real opportunity for the people who join us
now.
We're looking for outgoing, friendly cashiers who are passionate about great food and delivering a great guest experience every single time.
What You'll Do as a Cashier- Greet guests and take orders at the register
- Promote our Stand App and rewards program
- Run orders to guests and keep the restaurant clean and organized
- Bake cookies and brownies, portion sauces and pickles
- Follow cash handling, food prep, and safety procedures
- Work as part of a supportive, fun team
- Outgoing personality and genuine love for hospitality
- Reliable - AM and PM shifts available, weekends required
- Previous food service experience a plus, not required
- Someone who wants to be part of something growing
- Must be 21+ years old
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs
- Base + Tip pool (~$4-7/hr average)
- Up to $25.00 per hour
