Pay Rate: $19.00 – $19.50 per hour
1st Shift: Tues–Thurs: 6 AM–4:30 PM Required OT: Fri–Sun 5 AM–5:30 PM
2nd Shift: Tues–Thurs: 5 PM–3:30 AM Required OT: Fri–Sun 6 PM–4:30 AM
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 months of warehouse, loading/unloading, or general labor experience required.
- Ability to work in a highly physical environment with continuous movement throughout the shift.
- Must be able to consistently lift to 60–65 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform manual labor for the majority of the shift.
- Comfortable working in hot trailer and warehouse environments.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and hand-stack freight in trailers and containers using proper bricking techniques for secure shipment.
- Operate as a warehouse associate supporting conveyor line and material handling operations.
- Move, stage, and organize products throughout the warehouse to support order fulfillment and loading.
- Safely lift, carry, and transport materials ranging from 15–60 lbs throughout the shift.
- Follow supervisor instructions and meet productivity and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient loading and shipping operations.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, twisting, stooping, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
