Now Hiring: Inventory Clerks

Staffing Synergies is seeking experienced Inventory Clerks. If you have a background in inventory control and enjoy working in a clean, safe, and team-oriented environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels across Receiving, Shipping, and Production departments
  • Use Pack Manager system to reconcile inventory and report discrepancies
  • Oversee and guide support staff; assist in training and daily operations
  • Prepare pick lists, verify materials, and ensure smooth production flow
  • Perform cycle counts, physical counts, and monthly audits to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Support safety initiatives, perform daily walkthroughs, and coach team members on best practices
  • Handle clerical tasks including data entry, spreadsheets, emails, and phone communication

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • At least 1 year of inventory control experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems (Excel, inventory software, data entry)
  • Ability to lead, train, and collaborate with team members
