In this role, you won't just sit behind a desk, you will actively shape our workforce, mentor an HR team, and ensure our client fill rates are met with top-tier talent.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Lead & Mentor: Supervise and develop your local HR team, including Staffing Coordinators and HR Clerks.
  • Drive Recruitment: Oversee the entire onboarding pipeline—from advertising openings to running dynamic new hire orientations.
  • Data & Systems Management: Utilize Kronos to manage employee records, process change requests, and audit payroll fields for accuracy.
  • Employee Relations: Handle coaching, disciplinary actions, and resolve escalated personnel issues professionally.
  • Safety First: Oversee workplace safety programs, manage workers' compensation processes, and maintain monthly OSHA logs.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in HR (or a related field) OR 5+ years of equivalent HR experience.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas), and Outlook.
