Sales Executive

Locations: Remote from Texas, Tennessee, South Carolina or Florida

About the Role

SS&C Technologies, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing the entire sales cycle for our financial technology solutions.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territory or accounts.

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.

• Conduct in-depth needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how SS&C's solutions can address them.

• Present compelling and tailored product demonstrations and proposals to key stakeholders, including C-level executives.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and SS&C Technologies.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, fostering client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

• Collaborate with pre-sales, product management, and professional services teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful solution implementation.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and activity records in the CRM system.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and SS&C product developments.

• Represent SS&C Technologies at industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of successful sales experience in Proptech.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

• Strong understanding of property management services markets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with senior-level executives.

• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

• Degree preferred but not required if you meet the requirements listed above.
