Immediate opening for our Inside Sales Department for a Window/Door Manufacturing Co.

About the Role

Premier manufacturer of energy-efficient vinyl and aluminum windows and doors seeks a motivated Junior Customer Service Representative to assist contractors, builders, dealers, and architects. Support product inquiries, process orders, track fulfillment, and help resolve basic customer issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and portal with product details on configurations, sizes, glazing, finishes, energy ratings, and basic specs.
  • Enter and update customer records, orders, and notes in CRM/ERP system accurately.
  • Build foundational knowledge of vinyl/aluminum product lines, options.
  • Assist Outside Sales with routine customer/dealer questions, order status, and minor concerns.
  • Work with Production, and Shipping to monitor orders, communicate lead times, and help ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle standard customer requests and escalate complex issues to senior team members.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years customer service, sales support, or related experience (entry-level welcome; building products/manufacturing a plus).
  • Ability to build positive relationships with contractors, dealers, builders, and clients.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Positive, professional attitude with strong work ethic.
  • Clear verbal/written communication for sharing product info.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, and order entry tools.
  • Experience with vinyl/aluminum windows/doors or fenestration products is a plus!
