Key Responsibilities

The chosen candidate will engage directly as a clinician, working with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing rapport with clients to build trust and develop therapeutic relationships.
  • Participating actively as a member of the clinical team to align individual contributions with common goals.
  • Conducting thorough assessments and screenings that are evidence-based, age-appropriate, and developmentally suitable.
  • Formulating and implementing integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.
  • Delivering focused treatment and recovery services, including individual, group, and family therapy as necessary.
  • Providing crisis intervention when required and assisting clients through critical situations.
  • Monitoring and managing caseloads while ensuring continuous communication of clients’ needs and progress.
  • Completing documentation, reports, and data submissions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participating in quality improvement committees and initiatives aimed at enhancing agency service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will focus on a diverse range of clients grappling with mental health challenges, including those from underrepresented communities. As an LCSW, you will engage with individuals of all ages, employing culturally sensitive practices to support their unique needs. Your work will contribute significantly to improving outcomes for patients who often face barriers in accessing mental health services.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a mental health setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment modalities for psychological disorders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex information clearly.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
