Job Overview: As a Strategy and Implementation Manager, you serve as the primary client lead for Snapsheet platform launches, partnering closely with customers and internal teams to deliver successful implementations. You bring deep expertise in Snapsheet's products, use data and customer insights to guide recommendations, and help clients optimize their claims operations. You gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and play a key role in growing Snapsheet's software business and overall success.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop deep expertise in Snapsheet's SaaS products to guide customers through implementations
  • Lead end-to-end implementations for global insurance carriers
  • Act as the primary project manager and day-to-day client contact, ensuring timely and high-quality launches
  • Use a consultative approach to identify customer pain points, goals, and optimal platform configurations
  • Create and manage implementation plans, including onboarding, training, integrations, and launch milestones
  • Lead integration and configuration discussions with technical support as needed
  • Identify opportunities for automation, engagement, and post-launch optimization using customer metrics
  • Partner with training and Customer Success teams to drive adoption and ensure a smooth transition
  • Drive proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Gather and translate customer feedback into product and enhancement recommendations
  • Leverage competitive insights and best practices to improve client outcomes and grow the business

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer-facing, project or client management roles
  • Strong understanding of how business strategy impacts operating models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • High EQ, intellectual curiosity, and action-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Confluence, Jira)

Compensation that Grows with You
For this position, the base salary range is $110,000-$140,000. While this range serves as a guideline, your actual compensation will reflect your experience and skillset.
