Job Purpose
To set up and maintain all SMP customer accounts.ย To process all invoices for Independent Contractors that the Sales Force may use. Set up and maintain yearly Co-op.
Duties and Responsibilities
- All New Account Set up and maintenance.
- NAPA invoice processing from NAPA HQ and NAPA DCs
- Independent Contractor processing payment and expense reimbursements
- Maintain & Update Sales Roster.
- Business Card Orders for Sales Personnel
- Co-Op Coordinator โ processing requests
- Maintain complete documentation for all areas of responsibility.
- Perform special projects as directed by Manager and provide back-up in other areas.
Qualificationsย ย ย
- Bachelorโs degree preferred or equivalent business experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Experience with data entry screens on JD Edwards environment.
- Detail oriented and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Written and verbal communication skills with both management and customers is required.
- Basic math and accounting skills.
- Clerical filing skills.
